Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School offers many travel-study opportunities to students in Middle and Upper School.
We believe expanding boundaries and providing immersive experiences off campus strengthens our curriculum. Our travel-study opportunities include grade-level immersive experiences to Chattanooga, TN, and Washington, DC in Middle School, as well as a three-day backpacking trip in the Appalachian Mountains in Upper School. We also offer optional trips on school breaks. Past trips have included Italy, Hawaii, Catalina Island, CA, and the Florida Keys. All of our trips are planned and led by faculty members.
